To the extent allowed by law, Reliable Sphere LLC provides the platform without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every particular business need.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Reliable Sphere LLC during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section survives termination of the Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties may choose arbitration by mutual written agreement. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
